There is a large mass on the anterior surface of the neck, measuring at over 20cm in diameter. It extends upwards to the jaw. It is irregular in shape, with some patchy discolouration on the overlying skin, however, the colour is mostly normal. It is well demarcated.
Other aspects like fluctuance, consistency, tenderness etc cannot be assessed.
My top differentials for this lump is thyroid goitre. Most likely caused by Grave’s disease or a multinodular goitre. Other differentials include enlarged cervical lymph nodes.
