What differentiate sign and symptom of loss of consciousness between syncope with hypoglycemia ?

Most probably syncope have high tendency to rapid recovery after remove causes and maintain the circulation. However hypoglycemia was noted if patient have history of diabetes and have significant drug history that lead to DM emergencies... Hyperglycemia was seldom noted as emergency in dental  practices as we checked the RBS (random blood sugar) of the patient before attempt any procedure. Indeed it not cause any emergency situation as like loss of consciousness except for effect the treatment outcome.
